Speaking of anyone/Mc, did you guys read the post about not using Mc as a marker? I think it was onkirk_mccoy, but I honestly don't remember. (The OP was saying how we should stop using Mc to mean McCoy because Mc/Mac/Mack have been used as racial slurs for the Irish and it's still relevant now.) With posts like that, I just feel like the OP is always blowing things way out of proportion and making a mountain out of something that wasn't even an ant hill. (Plus, how long has Mc been used to mean McCoy in fic? I mean, really.)
